My cat has mange. Can Tetmosol soap treat it safely and effectively?

Hi i tot my cay had fight wounds and got an infection from it on his head but the vet said it's mange..can i use tetmosol soap on my cat? Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Male | 4 years and 4 months old

I do not recommend you use tetmosol soap on Casper, as it may lead to toxicity, and it would also take a very long time to be effective. I recommend you speak to your vet, as there are some options for treatment of mange in cats that are safer, easier, and much more effective.
