My dog had a UTI, now has accidents and won't eat. Should I worry?

Kiwi had first uti with crystals she took the antibiotics and seem to be doing much better now had follow up and all seems to be pretty clear very little left behind....but today she had a per accident in the house first one since antibiotics I am hoping itneas just a accident but now she isn’t really hungry and will only eat if I hand feed her and sometimes still refuses food and she’s food motivated. Should I be concerned I mean the vet said she was better? Just watch and see? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 5 years and 5 months old | 11 lbs

Poor Kiwi! Keep an eye on her for now, offer her canned food with water added to flush her bladder in case she has another uti. If she is still acting this way in the morning, I'd be concerned and have her seen by a vet. I hope this helps.
