Why is my guinea pig sneezing, itching, and has a crusty nose?

Hi, my pet guinea pig is sneezing and itching in his noze and sometimes has crust on it. I read and it seems it could be allergies to pine bedding so i changed it a couple of days ago but he still has it, so i really don’t now. Pet's info: Small Animal | Guinea Pig | Male | 1lb

Thanks for reaching out about Oreo and including a photo. It is more likely he has an upper respiratory infection and needs antibiotics. Seek an appointment with an exotic companion mammal veterinarian with knowledge of guinea pigs, as some antibiotics can be deleterious to guinea pigs. Good luck.
