My dog has an ear infection. Can I give oral meds instead of drops?

My dog has an ongoing ear infection I'm not able to administer anything to her ears is there anything I could give orally that would be just as effective? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 5 years and 4 months old | 160 lbs

Antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medications can be given orally as well, but they will be indeed less effective and take longer to work.
