My cat is crying in the litter box after neuter surgery. Why?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 6 months and 7 days old

My cat was neutered yesterday. Recovered from anesthesia, eating, drinking.. but he is going inside litter box and crying.. What do I do?

It sounds like he is still experiencing some pain. Talk to the vet who did the neuter about prescribing an anti-inflammatory/pain medication to help relieve the pain and make him more comfortable. Do not give any human pain medications as they can be toxic to cats.
