Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 8 lbs

My dog had something small in his mouth and when i went to check what it was and take it away i think it got lodged in his mouth or throat because he started shrieking in pain. My neighbor tried looking too and he just kept crying i put him in thr car to call the vet and he was pawing at his snout a lot. Then suddenly he looked like he was throwing up whatever it was but instead just swallowed and was fine..sad but fine. He was playing afted and peeing and ate a snack too...but im scared

It sounds like whatever Chewy had stuck in his throat has passed. Since he is acting normally, keep an eye on him for now. Should that behavior start again or he stops eating, take him into a vet immediately. Best of luck.
