My dog has bug bites after moving to a new house. What to do?

My dog seems to have bug bites on his side and a couple on his legs, we just recently moved into a house from an apartment, could they be from outside? He doesn’t have flees so I’m not sure what to do to help him. Pet's info: Dog | Olde English Bulldogge | Male | neutered | 2 years and 1 month old | 55 lbs

Poor Ivar! These could certainly be from outside like from ants or it could be a bacterial infection secondary to allergies. You could try Benadryl and a medicated bath. I like miconahex shampoo or something similar that has chlorohexidine in it. See link below for Benadryl dosing. If they aren't improving or if they are getting worse, I would have your vet take a look at them to ensure he doesn't need a stronger allergy medicine or oral antibiotics.
