Why is my puppy warm, has a runny nose, and acting lethargic?

my puppy had a runny nose and his whole body is warm. he is also acting more calm and not himself. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 17 days old | 15 lbs

It's possible that Marley has a fever, especially if he seems lethargic and/or has a decrease in appetite. Some dos will seem warm (especially puppies) even when their temperature is normal however. I usually don't get too concerned about nasal discharge as long as it is clear, but if his runny nose is green or yellow then it could be a sign of an upper respiratory infection. If you're concerned it would be a good idea to see your vet for a physical exam.
