My dog can't stand or walk, has tremors, and eye discharge. Help!

Pet's info: Dog | Australian Cattle Dog | Male | unneutered | 35 lbs

Timber is not able to stand or walk he constantly tries but falls to the right has head tremors non stop and eyes with yellow mucus matted been like this for 6 days we have given him penicillin shots doesnt really seem to help but he eats and drinks

This is a medical emergency, and Timber has to see a vet now. It sounds like he has a neurological problem if he has head tremors and cannot stand or walk. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. Best of luck.
