My puppy is 11 weeks old he hasn’t been eating as much as he did when I first got him. He eats almost 1 1/2 cup of food everyday, but he’s very disinterested in it, I have to hand feed him. He’s still very playful has lots of energy and drinks lots of water. When he poops I check it for worms but I don’t see anything. He’s become skinny and he threw up for the first time this morning, it was yellow foam. What’s wrong with him?

Poor Oso. Unfortunately there are a lot of different reasons that could be causing him to act like this like parasites (worms), giardia, a bacterial infection, a foreign body, an intestinal obstruction and much more. I would have your vet take a look at him since he is so small. They will likely do a fecal to look for worm eggs - you usually will not be able to see the actual worms in their poop. They may also recommend blood work or x-rays if needed. They will be able to get him on the proper meds to help him feel better. Also, I would try not to get into the habit of hand feeding him as he may get use to this and require it as he gets older for attention. I hope this helps!
