Why won't my dog eat and struggles to walk? Is it an emergency?

My dog not eat food. Her walk is so bad.she eat only dry foods. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 20 lbs

Poor Rangi. It sounds like she may be really sick! You can try some plain boiled skinless, boneless chicken and white rice to see if she will eat that. If she is unable to walk, then I would consider this an emergency and have her seen immediately. I hope this helps.
