My senior dog trembles after leg surgery. Is it pain? Should I call vet?

My dog had leg surgery Thursday afternoon. She'd been doing fine until last night when I tried to check her leg and she started trembling. I didn't even touch it or anything, just looked, but ever since she has been trembling. Could it be pain? Fear? I don't want to stress her with visiting the vet so soon again after her surgery unless I have to since she's 14 already. But... Should I take her? The wound looks like it's healing fine. She eats and drinks fine. Thanks in advance! Pet's info: Dog | Belgian Shepherd | Female | spayed | 14 years and 1 month old
