My dog has diarrhea and vomited. Is her poop normal? What to do?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 1 year and 3 months old | 10 lbs

My dog has been pooping a lot and I just want to know if this poop is normal? Both of my dogs started getting diarreah 2 days ago, leias diarreah stopped, but my other dog still has diarreah and threw up one time, my dog Leia pooped twice and she pooped that hard thing next to the poop I think it's a green bean.

It looks like she has a little blood mixed in her poop as well. With them both being sick, I am concerned that they may have gotten into something or contracted some type of parasite. You can try to feed them some plain boiled boneless, skinless chicken and white rice to see if this settles her tummy. I would have your vet take a look at her as well. Your vet will likely want to do a fecal to rule out any type of parasites and they will be able to get her on the proper meds to help her feel better. I hope this helps!
