My female dog has swelling and scabs around her bottom. What's wrong?

Female pit mix found to have slight edema between anus and vagina. What seems to be like scabs around the area. No signs of bleeding or bloody urine as I used a white paper towel while peeing to see if there was any visible blood in urine. Two wets spots found in home may or may not be from her as we have two cats. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 55 lbs

Hi. I am wondering if maybe Bailey has an anal gland infection or rupture. This can lead to swelling, pain and blood along with a scab like wound. I would recommend getting her in to be seen as if that is what it is, they are very painful and infected
