My 4-month-old puppy won't pee/poop and can't walk right. Help!

I just got my about 4 month old bullmastiff pitbull mix 3 days ago. She’s only peed and pooped once since and I’ve been feeding her and giving her water everyday. I take her outside every few hours but she refuses to go outside and still hasn’t gone to the bathroom. Since I’ve had her I’ve noticed that she looks “bottom heavy”..? She kind of drags herself up into a standing position. Sometimes when I call her to come she’ll literally lay on her side and pull herself with her front legs but won’t

If Honey is having trouble getting up or standing, isn't urinating or defecating at all, or seems otherwise in distress or confused, I would bring her to a vet ASAP. It's possible there could be an issue going on with the nerves or muscles causing her some difficulty, illness, obstruction, or other issue, and it should be checked out by a vet to rule out anything serious.
