My adopted cat has flea eggs all over. What shampoo should I use?

Sora is my new adopted cat. I just found out that he has flea eggs all over his body. What should I do? Is there a shampoo to get rid of this? Please help.

Flea eggs are very small and usually can’t be seen - fleas also tend to lay their eggs in the environment and not on the pet. You might be seeing the eggs of flies or it might be flea dirt that you see. You can use a basic pet shampoo and a flea comb to remove the debris and you should then follow up with a flea preventative. No special shampoo is necessary.
