My dog's elbow has a hole after a dry mass came out. What is it?

Question

I noticed what appeared to be sliver on front elbow. I pulled it and a mass came out, sort of appeared like sac. Kind of dry but biological. No pain or redness except for the hole in the skin. Applied hydrogen peroxide but no reaction / infection. Puzzled what it is. No other sights I can find, dog acts as usual. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | spayed | 16 lbs

Hello. This was portably a inspissated cyst, or small abscess that dried & was walled off from the body. The hole should fill in & become unnoticible. I would not expect any problems with this. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
