Why is my puppy suddenly acting weird, barking, and crying when held?

My puppy randomly started acting weird tonight. She started barking out of nowhere and crying when I held her. She also barked at my little brother, she doesn't usually bark or cries so I'm concerned there might be something wrong with her?
