Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 8 lbs
My male cat has been unable to walk on his back legs for about a month and a half. He was fine all day then suddenly was dragging his back end and wouldn’t stand on them. He can walk on them awkwardly but hes still dragging them most of the time and won’t walk far distances. He’ll walk then fall down. He also meows a lot but I’m not sure if it’s for attention or pain. The vet said he could just be bruised from something but he hasnt gotten much better and has lost a lot of weight in his back end

I'm very concerned about Tigger, and I worry that he may have a serious injury to his back. I'd take him back into the vet this weekend for x-rays. The results of the x-rays may determine further treatment options for him. Best of luck.
