My dog regurgitates liquid & coughs after drinking. Should I worry?

Every so often my dog regurgitates liquid out of the blue it’s sometimes mixed with few pieces of kibble but mostly liquid doesn’t happen often but happens suddenly out of the blue even on walks or just sitting at home like I said doesn’t happen often should I be concerned? Been happening off and on a few years.. also she usually always coughs after drinking water. Thank you for you time and opinion. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 5 years and 5 months old | 11 lbs

It is not normal for dogs to regurgitate regularly. I would recommend bringing Kiwi to the veterinarian and potentially getting a chest x-ray on her to make sure her esophagus isn't dilated.
