My pug has not eaten for two days and vomiting has not eaten anything strange. She just got over a long heat and she has a yellowish discharge coming from her vagina

I would recommend seeing a veterinarian as soon as possible. These symptoms are suspicious for a pyometra, or uterine infection, which can be life threatening if not treated promptly. There are many other diseases that can cause a decrease in appetite and vomiting, but if it has been going on for two days I think it's best to see a vet to determine what's going on.
