Why is my dog in pain, not eating, and aggressive after a bite?

Few weeks ago a street dog bites our dog but we washed his wounds with proper soap n water so everything goes fine. But for past 2-3 days he stop eating food and his behaviour changed. We noticed that when he tries to open his mouth he felt pain and when we trying to touch him he tryin to bite. And today he is screaming in pain what should we do please help please please. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 1 month and 30 days old | 11.023 lbs
