Why is my dog in pain, not eating, and aggressive after a bite?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 1 month and 30 days old | 11.023 lbs

Few weeks ago a street dog bites our dog but we washed his wounds with proper soap n water so everything goes fine. But for past 2-3 days he stop eating food and his behaviour changed. We noticed that when he tries to open his mouth he felt pain and when we trying to touch him he tryin to bite. And today he is screaming in pain what should we do please help please please

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Tiger. I recommend that he sees a veterinarian today. If he is crying out and trying to bite, I suspect that he is very painful. He may require pain medication or even antibiotics depending on the extent of his wounds. In the meantime, try to encourage him to eat and drink as close to normal as possible.
