Why does my rabbit sniff her sister's tail and make her run away?

Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Female | spayed | 1.5 lbs

My rabbit always sniffs or does something to my other bunnies tail and around it. When her sister is sleeping she would do that and her sister would run away why is that

Thanks for reaching out about Fluffy. This is probably a response to reproduction, the release of pheromones in the urine and dominance. Rabbits have a high incidence of uterine neoplasia and should be spayed. This will probably cure this behavior also. Good luck.
