My baby cockatiel is sick, weak, and having seizures. Is it dying?

Hi I have cockatiel baby. It is really active past few days. After it became sick. It is not making any sound. It strains to poop. It dropping became more. It wings are dropped. It always have it's head bowed down. The head is shaking. It is shivering. Abnormal head or neck position. It became weak as it can't even stand. It seizures. Is it sick? Or It gonna die? How can I cure it? Please help. Pet's info: Bird | Cockatiel | Female | spayed | 19 days old

Thanks for reaching out about Tweety. This bird definitely needs to see a veterinarian, soon. Impossible to tell you if it is going to die or can be fixed, but the longer you wait, the poorer the prognosis. Good luck.
