Why is my cat yowling, coughing, gagging, and itching her ears a lot?

My cat is yowling alot more then usual. She has coughed two times just today. She itching her ears alot she has gag a couple of times more than usual. I've checked for mites, fleas, pain, almost everything. Any ideas on what it could be. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 1 day old | 6 lbs

She may be in heat or coming in to heat. Consider havi ng g her examined by your veterinarian. He or she can take a look deep into the ear to diagnose infection (bacterial, fungal or parasites). Her symptoms are very general in nature with multiple potential causes, so a physical exam may be necessary to reach a diagnosis.
