Why is my cat stumbling, eyes strange, not eating or drinking?

Question

My cat went crazy and ran around knocking over stuff, then he got trapped in the closet, so I got him out, then he ran under my bed. I tried calling him out, but he wouldn't get out, so I moved the bed, and his eyes were a bit weird, going in opposite directions. He then tried walking out, he stumbles like he can't see. He can hear me fine, but it's like he can't smell me, he won't eat, he won't drink, he just lays there or tries to walk around. What's wrong with him, and what can I do? Poor Saber! This could be a neurological event happening suddenly, or he could have gotten into something toxic causing his symptoms. I think he needs to see a vet immediately, please take him into one now.
