My dog struggles to gulp food and water. Is it a throat infection?

Hello. This is swagata from India , a mother of two German shepherds. Elder one is facing huge problem in gulping while having food and even drinking water. At times she is reacting in such a manner as if she is trying to gulp in something that got choked in her throat but unfortunately I couldn't find any. She is always trying to gulp something, trying have food more faster than usual...I'm very much worried please help me out. Is this a throat infection or something else? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | spayed | 7 years and 3 months old | 85 lbs

I would recommend two things. The first is a video of what Popo is doing and the second is taking her to a veterinarian. It may be nothing and just inflammation in her esophagus but it also can be a bunch of other things going on that require first a good physical examination.
