My mother in law is 75 yrs old. Has 4 dogs at which 1 is a puppy. She doesnt seem to care if any are getting the right care a dog should. First off. These dogs never go outside. She has puppy pads all over her house. They dont get groomed by her or professional. They all have poop stuck in the hair around butt. She feeds them by hand chicken she cooks for them and 1 can of wet canned dog food twice a day. The one dog had mats. The other day they ate human feces and wouldnt let me bathe them.

I hate to hear that. There are many resources which you can print off line about proper pet care. Sometimes proper education is the key. If cost is a concern, you can also go online to look for assistance programs for qualifying individuals. I hope this is at least gives you some ideas.
