My mama cat's breast are full of milk. Her kittens are gone. Does she feels any pain because of the fullness?

Ming may feel a little pressure but it will pass. Do not stimulate the breast tissue as this will continue to stimulate the glands. I hope this is helpful and please feel free to post any additional questions.

Do not manipulate the breasts, the pressure of the excessive milk will help reduce the milk production. Just watch that they do not get red , hot and painful. If this occurs, you need to take your cat to a veterinarian for an exam and treatment against mastitis.
