Why did my parakeet die suddenly with balance issues and white poop?

My parakeet recently died. Luna was asleep for the most part of the day. She was like this for a week. She would fight with her partner and isolated herself. When she died, she couldn't keep her balance and laid on her back on my hand. She then got up quickly, twitched, and fell down dead. I want to know why she died. Her poop was just white water.
