My dog is shaking, panting, feverish, but tests are negative. Why?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 2 years and 9 months old | 10 lbs

My dog was shaking and panting the other day I took her to the that the next day we did lab work and x-rays and everything came back negative she's running a little bit of a fever but nothing to be worried about so they said she still not acting like herself should I be worried

Hi. If Zoey still isn't acting herself and is still runninf a fever, I would get her rechecked to see if there are any significant changes, and to run somw further diagnostics. If you live in an area with alot of ticks or Valley feve4, I would recommend getting a tick fever and Vallet fever testing done. Good luck
