Should I worry my 2-year-old beagle is only 12 pounds and not gaining?

My beagle is almost 2 years old and she has never really gained weight she weighs about 12 pounds. Anything I should worry about? She gets vet check up every time she needs them. Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Female | spayed | 1 year and 7 months old | 12 lbs

Some beagles are smaller than average. If she seems healthy in every other way, likely she is just petite. Make sure that Annie is free from parasites. If you had not yet had her liver values checked, you may get that blood work run just to make sure that her small size is not due to a liver abnormality.
