My puppy fell and is unresponsive. Is this a medical emergency?

My puppy fall down from 3rd floor ..He is not responding. No bleeding but he is struggling for life it seems It's tongue is outside Is Any chances he ll survive Please tell me please

I'm sorry to hear this happened however, to give him the best chance at survival he needs to get to a veterinarian immediately. If you cannot get him to a vet, then chances are he will not survive as it sounds like he has sustained head trauma.

This is a serious emergency. Please take your puppy to a veterinarian right away. This may have caused a bleed in the brain, brain swelling or other injuries. Time is crucial. The earlier the problem is diagnosed and treated the less damage may be done to the brain. Please take your puppy to a vet now.
