Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered
I just got my new puppy from a shelter last Tuesday and as soon as we adopted him it seems like there is something wrong with him. His stool is very watery and most of the time full of mucous and I have even spotted maybe a little blood. I have no money for a vet but I’m afraid something is seriously wrong with him. Sometimes he acts fine but most of the time he’s lethargic and it seems like there not a moment where I don’t find him struggling to poop. He’s a fiest/maltipoo and he is 13 weeks.

Poor pup! If you haven't dewormed him since bringing him home, this would be an easy option to try - you can use a broad-spectrum over-the-counter dewormer like Panacur or Strongid, which are both fairly inexpensive. If this doesn't help, then I'm afraid he really needs to be seen by a veterinarian. If you aren't able to do this financially, then I would take him back to the shelter so that they can make sure he gets the care he needs.
