My dog has diarrhea going on day two. It’s brown but water like. What can we give him. Pet's info: Dog | Redbone Coonhound | Male | 10 years and 8 months old | 96 lbs

I am so sorry to hear Maximus is not doing well. You have not indicated how Maximus is feeling otherwise, this information can determine what steps need to be taken. If Maximus is acting normal, eating and drinking and not vomiting then I would recommend feeding a bland diet of boiled chicken and rice and see how he does over the next 24 hours. If Maximus is NOT acting normally, or is not eating, or has had some vomiting, or you notice blood in the diarrrhea then you need to take him to your vet for an exam and treatment. They may recommend some diagnostics such as a fecal exam and bloodwork. If Maximus is dehydrated your vet May recommend fluid therapy (either into the vein or under the skin) and will likely prescribe some medications as well (such as anti nausea meds, antibiotics and peobiotics) I hope Maximus feels better soon!
