My 7-month-old dog barks, whines, and is aggressive. What can I do?

My dog is 7 months old and it whinnes and barks all night and it's also shows aggression if my parents take it's toy and it got red(partially) eyes. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 7 months old | 58 lbs
