My cat's nose is clogged, breathing noisy, and bleeding. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed

My cat has clogged nose and it’s been going on for so long to the point where she makes noises when she breathes. I haven’t really though nothing of it until I saw that her nose was bleeding! What do you think is wrong?

She is probably suffering from a chronic upper respiratory infection, you need to take her to the vet to get it checked and treated, a relatively long course of antibiotic will likely be needed to treat this condition.
