My cat was burned 5 days ago and can't poop. Does she need a vet?

Pet's info: Cat | Snow Tiger Siamese | Female | unspayed | 8 lbs

cat fell in oven while i was cooking.... severely burned but still alive happened 5 days ago. i was deciding on whether or not to take to vet. i decided not too afraid they wouldn't help and recommend putting my cat down. she can eat, drink, pee, but can't poop and is unbalanced, her belly is burnt too. please help me!!!! if it comes down to it i will put it down. she wants to live! will miralax help her?

Oh my goodness. I don't know why you would think a vet wouldn't help you. That is what vets are for. Burns are serious and should be treated immediately if you want to give her the best chance at making a full recovery. There is nothing we can tell you to do over the internet except take her to a vet. She needs antibiotics, anti-inflammatories and pain medicine. Burns are VERY painful.... She may also need special burn cream to put on the wounds. I don't recommend you give her any medications without talking to your vet first.
