My small dog is still limping after vet care. What should I do?

My 3 year old Shitzu mix has been limping on her left rear leg for a month, I had her to the vet and he gave for joint health and said to massage her hip, but it doesn't seem to be helping her.she weighs 17 lbs.any ideas what I can do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 16 lbs
