Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 2 years old | 2.5 lbs

Hi my cat, one year old, not spayed was gone for a few days and returned home last night. He has a whole in his leg and appears to be weak and dehydrated. He also has scratches behind his neck. Will this heal on its own?

I would strongly recommend a check up as these signs could be compatible with a cat's fight. Scratches may get infected and leg injury may have been bitten. Pictures of the lesions would be very useful to determine the severity of the injuries and give you more specific answers.
