My cat came home injured. Will his leg wound and neck scratches heal?

Hi my cat, one year old, not spayed was gone for a few days and returned home last night. He has a whole in his leg and appears to be weak and dehydrated. He also has scratches behind his neck. Will this heal on its own? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 2 years old | 2.5 lbs

I would strongly recommend a check up as these signs could be compatible with a cat's fight. Scratches may get infected and leg injury may have been bitten.
