My dog's stomach looks swollen, but he acts normal. Is it serious?

Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 5 months old | 70 lbs

I have pics of my dog I know they don't say to much but I've been worried he looks werid too me like he has something swollen internally. Please see these pics and tell me what you think since I need a docs advice. He acts normal, his poop is soild and light brown and he's ready to play but when he sleeps he does twitch and his stomach looks big like he has a problem underneath. Please help me

I don't really appreciate any abdominal distention from those photos. Taking photos of him from both sides while he is in a standing position would be best. With him sitting down I can't see much. If you can post again with some better photos I may be able to advise you. Thank you.
