My dog ate too many jerky treats. What symptoms should I look for?

My 90lb lab ate almost the entire box of dog jerky treats. I’m holding his food and giving him lots of water. Should I be concerned? So far he seems fine. What should i watch for? Thank. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | 90 lbs

Monitor for lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite or abdominal pain. If necessary, withhold food for 24 hours, allowing small amounts of water or unflavored PediaLyte. Resume feeding a bland diet in small, frequent amounts until vomiting/diarrhea resolve. If symptoms persist, consider an exam with your veterinarian.
