Hi there. I'm afraid there's no way to tell whether she's pregnant or has some type of medical problem causing the abdominal enlargement, just by looking at a photo. I would recommend taking her to the vet for an exam. He/she can palpate her abdomen and will likely recommend x-rays or ultrasound to determine the cause of the enlargement, and to give you a better idea of how far along she is if she is pregnant.
