There is a small chance if he hit his head and is bleeding internally. But if he is walking around, then he is likely going to be okay. He probably bit your brother because he is freaked out or hurting. I would leave him alone for a few days and just watch him to make sure he is eating and drinking. If he fell from a small height then perhaps you can continue to monitor him. If he fell from anything higher and you think he may be hurt, then I would definitely have him evaluated today.
