My dog ate something bad, black stool, not eating. Is it an emergency?

My dog ate something bad the night before last. The next day she had a huge shit it looked quite black now she wont eat and just curls up and groans. The local vet is not available until Monday I have given her some NUJEL an oil for constipation but dont know what else I can do to help her,Is there an injection which would relax the intestine? Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 40 lbs

Hi, is it more likely that Baya has eaten something like a possible foreign body (plastic, rubber, bones for example) or more like food that has gone off ? The mineral oil could help with anything that is lodged in her tummy, as long as it can pass but you probably need to give it quite regularly. Be careful also that she swallows it properly and not to push it down her trachea and chest if your are using a syringe. My honest advise is to have Baya checked over, search for a vet that works Saturdays or an emergency vet clinic. I am worried that if she is left untreated with something serious Monday will be too late.
