Why is my new bird silent? Is she sick or just scared after moving?

I got my bird just yesterday, and she was very talkative when she was being retrieved, but it is now in the afternoon, and she isn't making any noise. She is eating just fine, and her droppings look absolutely normal. I'm just concerned that there could be something wrong with her, or is this just because of fright? Thanks for reaching out about Sky. Stress can definitely present as being quiet, especially in a new environment. Monitor appetite, thirst, fecal and irate production. Is she remains quiet, call the seller or seek visit to a veterinarian. Good luck.
