Is my dog's tiredness and fever after vaccination a side effect?

My pug got vaccinated today .and he is very tired from 12 hours ,not playing, not saying anything. And also he has a mild fever . So I gave him medicine to reduce fever and sickness. Is there any side effects of it?. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 17 days old | 4 lbs

That could be a vaccine reaction. You did not say however which type of medication you gave him for the fever and so I cannot advise if there are side effects to that or not. Please repost with the name of the medication and the active ingredient if needed. I also recommend to call his veterinarian and tell him what’s going on.
