Puppy has fever and is sleeping after vaccine. Should I give medicine?

My pug puppy got vaccinated today . The vaccination was corona booster dose. Now he has a fever and he is sleeping since 12 hours now should I give him medicine for fever? Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 17 days old | 4 lbs

I would not recommend any over the counter medication to reduce a fever. Usually a fever secondary to vaccines resolves within 24 hours and does not require treatment. If the fever continues or you notice vomiting, diarrhea or swelling around Murphy's face and eyes I would recommend seeing a veterinarian.
