My sisters dog that I got when she passed has blood red gums what can I do for a home remedy to get rid of it? Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Male | unneutered | 10.9 lbs

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! There is no home remedy for red gums. You need to take Charlie to a veterinarian to determine the cause of the red gums. There could be something going on internally, like a blood problem, or he could have bad teeth causing gingivitis and dental disease.
