Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 7 months and 5 days old | 65 lbs
My 7 month old puppy was vomiting a few days ago, very casually. No signs of anything else. She is not lethargic, her stomach is not descended, she is still wanting to eat and drinking normally. She stopped vomiting for the last couple days, but today she started having diarrhea and I just woke up to her vomiting in my room again. She got a couple onion rings last week and I'm honestly starting to worry a lot.

It sounds as Juniper is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious she will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.
